Supply conditions

Certain delivery conditions apply at F Truckstore

: Before the product is sent, the invoice must be paid on the account of F Truckstore.

: The buyer receives the track and trace number via e-mail at the time of sending off.

: When the buyer receives the track and trace number, the package/product is no longer the responsibility of F Truckstore

: The delay / loss/damage incurred by transport / postal service is at all times for buyer/carrier

: Products from F Truckstore  cannot be canceled or returned (for more information see user conditions)

: F Truckstore  let the buyer know in advance if the product is in stock.
When the product is not in stock, the buyer will be informed of the delivery time.
This is always done before the invoice is drawn up.

F Truckstore will pack the product well at all times.

: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the products during transport.
This must be communicated by the buyer to F truckstore prior to shipment.
Extra costs are at all times for the buyer.
